Agreement between User and Gymmigo
Welcome to Gymmigo. The Gymmigo website and application (the "Site") is comprised of
various web pages operated by Gymmigo LLC ("Gymmigo"). Gymmigo is offered to you conditioned
on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.
Gymmigo is a guest pass sharing platform. Gymmigo allows users to visit gyms and clubs by
pairing with an active member of that facility. Once matched, users may also purchase shadow
passes at the Gymmigo's listed price, which allows monetization of prolonged interaction.
Privacy and Electronic Communications
Your use of Gymmigo is subject to Gymmigo's Privacy Policy, which governs
our data collection and handling practices. By using Gymmigo, you consent to receive electronic
communications from us, including notices and disclosures delivered by email or in-app.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all
activity that occurs under your account. Gymmigo may refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove
content in its sole discretion.
If you are under 18, you may use Gymmigo only with permission from a parent or guardian.
Gymmigo does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds
Gymmigo offers an auto-renewable monthly seller subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Pricing, billing, and renewal timing are shown in the app and managed through your Apple account.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings.
- Access remains available through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated by Apple.
- Refunds for shadow passes are handled on a case-by-case basis and must first be reviewed by customer support.

Links to Third Parties and Services
Gymmigo may contain links to third-party websites and relies on third-party services including payment,
hosting, messaging, and platform providers. Those services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
Permitted Use and Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Gymmigo strictly
in accordance with these Terms. All content included as part of the Service, including text, graphics,
logos, and software, is the property of Gymmigo or its suppliers and is protected by applicable law.
Use of Communication Services
You agree to use Gymmigo messaging and communication features only for proper and lawful purposes.
You may not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate, harvest information without consent, or violate
applicable law through the service.
User Materials and Submissions
Gymmigo does not claim ownership of materials you submit through the service. By posting or submitting
content, you grant Gymmigo the rights reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the service.
Disclaimers, Liability, and Dispute Resolution
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gymmigo and related services are provided "as is"
without warranty or condition of any kind. Gymmigo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes will be resolved through
binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law.
Termination and Changes
Gymmigo may terminate or restrict access to the service at its discretion. We may update these Terms
from time to time, and the Effective Date above reflects the current version.
