Gymmigo LLC ("Gymmigo," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Gymmigo mobile application, related websites, and connected support tools (collectively, the "Services"). By using Gymmigo, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Services, and limited information from service providers that help us operate the platform.

• Account and profile information such as name, email address, phone number, username, profile photo, and home gym details.
• User content such as messages, support requests, dispute submissions, feedback, photos, videos, and other content you upload or send.
• Transaction and purchase information such as subscription records, guest pass and shadow payment records, payout details, payment references, and purchase status.
• Usage, device, and diagnostic information such as user ID, app instance identifiers, device identifiers, app version, build number, operating system version, crash reports, and performance signals.
• Precise location information when you grant permission so we can find nearby Gymmigos, verify guest pass activation near the correct gym, and monitor whether an active guest pass host leaves the gym area.

How We Use Information

• To create and manage accounts.
• To verify eligibility for guest pass and shadow session flows.
• To facilitate pairing, messaging, support, dispute handling, and safety workflows.
• To process purchases, payouts, refunds, and subscription activity.
• To provide notifications, reminders, and safety-related alerts.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, misuse, and policy violations.
• To monitor reliability, app performance, product quality, and operational health.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

How We Share Information

• With service providers such as Firebase/Google Cloud, Stripe, and Apple to operate the Services.
• With other users when needed to operate the core experience, including limited profile, matching, reliability, pricing, and messaging details.
• With support and safety personnel to investigate payment issues, cancellations, disputes, safety concerns, fraud, or abuse.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Gymmigo, our users, or others.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may update certain profile information from within the app. You may manage push notifications and location permissions through your device settings, although some Gymmigo features may not function correctly without them. Apple-billed subscriptions are managed through your Apple account settings.

Children and Changes

Gymmigo does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 18, you may use Gymmigo only with permission from a parent or guardian, consistent with our Terms and applicable law. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the current version.
