Contact Gymmigo support here if you need help and cannot resolve the issue in the app. If you already use the app, the in-app Help Desk is also available, but this page remains a public fallback when app access is unavailable.

How to use this page

  • Use the web form below if you are locked out, pre-account, or otherwise unable to reach the app.
  • If you are already signed in, the in-app Help Desk is still available as another option.
  • For urgent contact, you can also email or call us directly.

What to include

  • the name and email address we should reply to;
  • what happened and what you need help with;
  • your Gymmigo username if you have one, so we can locate the account faster;
  • device and iOS details if the problem appears app-related.

Submit a support request

This form creates a public support intake for Gymmigo support staff. If you include a username, it helps us locate an account faster, but it does not verify identity on its own.

Do not include passwords, full card numbers, or other sensitive secrets. If account-specific action is needed, Gymmigo support may ask you to verify additional information before making changes.
